After 17 years of turbulent recurring arguments and pointless talks about money, responsibility and common sense my daughter opened my eyes to the fact that MUM has Bpd/Npd Traits.I bought a book Stop walking on eggshells and what a relief it was to realise I am not to blame for all of the torment I’ve endured..I can Now hopefully claw back my old self underneath all the misery and enjoy my life again without obligation..Such a relief to actually see these demons in the flesh,it’s going to be a rocky ride but I’m determined to beat this..

What are some of the issues you’re currently dealing with? How can we help you?
