Just looking for some resources and connection for other people who might be going through the same thing.  My therapist yesterday guided me to the realization that my husband has BPD.  EVERYTHING makes sense now - I've started reading Stop Walking on Eggshells and now just looking to engage with other people in the same situation.  We're celebrating our 20 year anniversary this coming January.

hi johnsang and Welcome

my relationship ended some time ago, before i came here, but i do remember (ill never forget) what a revelation learning about BPD was. youve found a great place for resources...the lessons pinned at the top of the page are a good place to start.

tell us more about whats going on in your relationship when youre ready.
