Don't think my BPD ex is returning

Been in NC since his last apology text to me last month. I honestly don't think he’ll ever contact me again.

Curious to hear any stories of BPD exs getting in contact again months after not speaking. Do some BPD exs stay no contact forever?

My BPD ex left me after a couple months. Already had someone lined up to replace me. A year later she just ended that relationship and reached out to me “apologizing” for being terrible. We were together four years after that. Married. Two kids. She now has left me for another she had lined up.

They CAN come back. But unless they get the right help, it’s not worth it.
