Saturday night and I’m crying

It’s a beautiful Saturday evening and I’m sat home alone crying. I miss my ex so much.

Weekends are particularly difficult as we were always together on Friday and Saturday. Now I can’t stop thinking about what she’s doing and who she is with. She’s out there having fun with someone else whilst I’m hear struggling to even function because of the pain.

I just can’t stop thinking about her and where she is!

Please tell me it gets better!

Time my friend. It takes time.
Read up on the stages of grief.
They are mostly all going to apply inevitably.
Then you’ll maybe sit and wonder down the road how you made it through. We all experience the stages different.

Reading “stop walking on eggshells” may be helpful.
  Once I post here many years ago that I just wanted to yell at the clouds! I was so messed up. 
  Some wise soul responded to go ahead though just maybe keep working through it.
  Take care of you for a bit. I know it’s hard but be what seems selfish (it’s not) and think of you.

I’m sure as you post the more experienced responders will ask you the situation. I have a tendency to devolve back to mine which is not important. This is a good resource.

I’ll look that up, I didn’t know if it would be worth it now the relationship is over but if it helps with my understanding of what I’m feeling then that would be really useful. Thanks for the messages.
