Split black, want my ex back

Hey everybody, this is my first post.

I met my BPD-ex (female) at work. We started dating, the usual story of idealization, I fell for it super hard. What's more, she's was my first. Soon I found at that she broke up recently with her bf. She was doing fine first 2-3 weeks when we were together, but depression started soon. Changes in mood etc.

Now, some 2 months later, she split black on me and is back with her ex.

I know I'm foolish for this, but I want her back. For this, I need to be painted white and her ex black.

What are your advices to do this without NC? There is no communication on social media between us, just occasional work-related email at work. We meet each other like 1-2 times a day. Sometimes no interaction, sometimes just brief sentence. We broke up some 3 weeks ago, she has been with her NPD ex for a week or two now. When she saw me with my female colleague couple of times, completely ignoring her, after I met her later at office hall she was super sad and had a remark about why I don't talk to her.

I know I will be split white again, I've been really good to her most of the time. She split black on me because I was rude to her on her nameday and I also discussed _____ she did to me with my colleagues.
