You will learn a great deal here.  If you are looking for a place to start - read some books.  If you suspect you are in a BPD relationship - the understanding of what is going on can be extremely helpful.

Best books IMO are:  Stop Walking On Eggshells, Stop Walking On Eggshells Workbook, and Loving Someone with Borderline Personality Disorder
