I have court in a couple of weeks where I will see my exwbpd for the first time in 6 months. She did negative thing associated with BPD - cheating , gaslighting , push n pull. The very last time I talked to her I know I must of struck a chord b.c. she turned off her entire cell service the next day . I had told her that I was now aware she was prostituting and that I was dumbfounded that she had been leaving her daughter to flip tricks and that she needed serious help.
My question to everyone is if I should let her know how hurt I was when I present my side of should I just pretend I wasn't hurt at all and focus on demonstrating the dark things she was doing?I have no intention of being recycled, but I do love her and wish that the seeks help. Would letting her know how painful I was hurt get her to "see the ight". I also have one other option which is to just tear into her stating all the terrible stuff she's done and include the kind of details that make for a headline story

the very short answer is no; dont do any of these things.
youre in court. its a very different battleground. use your attorney. let them navigate it with their experience.
the more you act towards your ex personally, the more thats going to work against you in court.
