Trying to accept

Its been 2 months since I told my bpd ex girlfriend to go. But I am still remembering all of the negative things that were said to me in her rages or splitting. These thoughts are on my mind every hour that I am awake. I still cannot grasp that I am the one left feeling these emotions while she just moved on to another target as if I were nothing and never mattered. Its been no contact ever since, but I had a small hope that she may have reached out somehow. I really thought that I made a difference.

Has anybody else experienced similar thoughts? How did you conquer and move forward?
