Hello,

This is my first post.

While I was never formally diagnosed, there are strong indications that I am on the spectrum (Asperger).

And I have just discovered that my wife has BPD (also not diagnosed, since she doesn't seek help or think that she has a problem).

This mix make it very difficult for the both of us. And we have been riding the rollercoaster for 22 years.

I understand that I need to work on my own issues to be stronger and more balanced, so that I can handle her BPD in a better way.

It is either that or we will have to get a divorce, since I cannot continue to suffer like this.

Therefore, I am looking for a specialist who could help me with my autism (low self-esteem, management of emotions, of conflict, and so on) and provide me with concrete advice on how to better handle my wife's BPD.

It needs to be online, since I live in Thailand and have a very busy schedule.

I thank you in advance for your help.

There are a number of online services, such as Better Help. Have you googled what’s available in your country?
