Paragraph header  (click to insert in post) I suffer from clinical depression and am behind on the housework and physical therapy for my back. He gets angry due to having to pick up the slack. I am aware he will get angry even if everything is done and well and have made my peace with that. ButI am asking for help while I still have my sanity. How can I keep myself healthy and get out of this vicious circle?

Hi.  Is your depression being treated?  Is your husband's BPD being treated?  I do not have depression and when my uBPDw is going through a 'flare' I find I have trouble keeping to my routine which involves physical therapy and household chores, etc - so I can imagine it's doubly difficult if those are things you struggle with to begin with.

Thank you. I got my meds updated recently by a licensed psychiatrist. I used woebot for talk therapy. I need an actual psychologist but have been struggling with time and money. He doesn't have a diagnosis. I am also struggling with how to get him to a professional. Been thinking about suggesting couple's counseling but am deathly afraid of triggering him since things have been escalating.
