What do you do to recharge your system & adrenals, once reaching burnout?
& What are some natural resources that perhaps you've utilized to assist your loved one in moments of struggle?
I have been struggling to maintain stable ground for my spouse, & myself.
I typically have a big capacity to hold space & help navigate when difficulties have surfaced; although recently have come to a point of feeling completely drained.
We live in quite an isolated place & nearest community is hours away. Here to build upon creating harmony & a community to maintain engagement & share experience with.

my spouse has been "self medicating" cannabis, to numb when emotions arise.. they have been struggling to feel to heal & be present with any feelings that arise. The addiction has been strenuous on both of our wellbeings & quality of life. There has been times they attempt to stop, & the withdrawal has brought the mental state to a dangerous point. It has been a long time of them feeding this addiction & in that, telling their body & brain that it is not safe to feel emotion.. it has become more & more challenging for them to process or navigate events or emotions. & thus, therefore more challenging for me to hold space or help to guide them through the process.
I do not consume cannabis, although did over a decade ago.
I have found NAC supplement has helped in the past, immensely!
It helps to re-stem & re-pattern brain pathways.. thus, can help to breakthrough addiction & other mental struggles.
This is mainly helpful when vices are not present & with extensive support & positive reinforcement.
