Hi , my name is tristesse, and I have been through it!
I am the mom of an adult BPD DD. I suggest therapy for yourself. learning how to respond and not react, was very helpful for me. I also had to learn to set boundaries. I learned to identify her triggers and that alone was giant benefit.
I read a fabulous book called "Stop walking on eggshells", suggested by a therapist.
You can learn so much just by going to therapy yourself.
