Separation

My spouse said she hasn’t been happy for a long time and that neither of us had been happy.  It was sudden and we just got married.  She had an affair shortly afterward and connected with a coworker planning to be together.  She said it was nothing and we tried to work on things but she abruptly left saying she didn’t feel safe and said we needed to work on ourselves. 

I’m lost and alone and miss her with everything in my being. I don’t know what to do and we talk/text and share pups. 

I want my life back and feel stupid for wanting that. I feel like she is my person.
