I have been dealing with my wife having bpd for years without knowing what it was. I a currently reading The Essential Family Guide to BPD. Our relationship and her actions are described perfectly. I am so glad to find out what is going on and hopefully how to deal with it better. It is a relief to find a group of people dealing with the same thing.

You are not alone, and reading other people’s experiences along with learning about the disorder will be a huge relief.  All of the problems the two of you have aren’t just because of you, and she’s not being mean because of things you’ve done. She can’t control the skewed way in which she see’s things.
