how do i communicate

:help:I admitted I did wrong many years ago this past August ....husband has said he can't/won't forgive me nor will he forget, but....is also in the "I hate you don't leave me"...the daily verbal attacks/name calling/etc....are difficult to manage. I'm trying to stay/still love and care about him but I am not super human...it is hard to speak with empathy between texts and verbal comments while I'm trying to telework etc. I understand the idea of validating, still reading /listening to more books--Genuine Validation and Communicating with loved one with BPD....have read Eggshells (need to reread) and Essential Family Guide...help? ideas on how to validate/provide empathy and survive the tirades of Mr. Hyde. Trying to remain functional day to day. Empty nesters, so no young kids involved.
