Its been 11 months since my breakup, and literally just now I had sort of an epiphany, I felt how I used to feel before I met her, I became myself again, I hope it stays, I don't know why it came, but it was a very clear and strong feeling because I hadn't felt it for so long.

Has to come back one day, right?  Smiling (click to insert in post)

Glad to hear that! I know this feeling. Actually fell in love with me. Laugh out loud (click to insert in post)

Yes!  It takes a while for our selves to emerge again, and the feeling you got will help you remember who you are, and it will build.  Enjoy that!  When I started to feel me again I also became very grateful for it and life in general; nothing like taking something away and getting it back to realize how much we missed it and value it.

Really like this positive post. Congratulations, and thank you.

Detachment isn't just about letting go of someone else.

It's about embracing ourselves.

Thank you for sharing that!   That gives me hope in this confusing darkness!

Its been four month since my break up and I´m still thinking about what happened and wondering if this ever gonna end!

Thanks!
