I keep traveling through a tug of war for some reason. Feel like I'm losing it again. My club/job is closed but I have the keys so I'm going to head to the Gym and try to austere myself as much as possible then sit in the Sauna. With that said I've been posting nothing but negativity lately and am trying something different at the moment. I just wanted to say I'm thankful for this site and everyone who has given me advice. I don't really know what I would do if it weren't for this site. Without it I highly doubt anyone would understand what I'm going through as they would just say suck it up and get over it or something of that nature. I appreciate you all and hope everyone overcomes whatever it is they are going through. Thanks. Peace

It can be very confusing and trying - glad you are going to work out.  That always helps me, too.

Noticing your feelings of negativity is a good thing... . that's all a part of detaching.  If you take a look to the right of the screen, you'll see the stages of detachment.  You are acknowledging what you are feeling.

Enjoy your work out - come back and check in when you need to.

Being able to tap into gratitude during such a painful time is a huge step, AG, and a gift to yourself.    Keep writing about your feelings, we're here to listen.
