I wore a ring she gave me, and believed in it, for years. Took it off many months ago. Our bond was broken. But I kept feeling where it used to be, like a phantom limb, a reminder, until recently. It's been slowly fading... .

Tonight it's there (not there) again. Urge to put the ring back on denied.

Anyone else experience something like this?

Mine has been off since June. But I have noticed I miss it. For some crazy reason I put it on last nite. Im taking it someplace and sell it !

i experience this strongly. some days i even put it on. i can't say there's a trigger for it, just some days as i leave for work i feel exposed without it. i technically am still married anyway.
