After months of being manipulated, mentally & Physically abused.

I had a talk with the police. They understood the situation and didn't believe her rape stories. And all other lies.

They supported me and asked what i wanted.

They wanted to send a patrol car to her house. And warn her about being watched by the police. I declined. Could escalate the situation again.

I filed a restraining order. They accepted it.

I feel delighted and happy. The police helps me. My family & friends are helping me.

I also had alot of therapy for my PTSD which i suffered from after the break up. Had EMDR therapy and it dissolved my PTSD.

Finally, i have my own life back. My own will.

It feels so good. She has no powers anymore.

Good luck to you Ivaros.  It looks like you are making the right moves to get over the situation.  Good days ahead.  EMDR helped me quite a bit too.  It is really good stuff.  Exhausting mentally though!

So awesome, my friend.  You are an inspiration to us.  Good work.

Can't wait to get through the other side myself.  Considering a R.O. myself but hoping to not need one, but have it in works anyway.  Sometimes its the only way.

Good to hear the police did not believe her.I got that threat once and I was in total shock but l was lucky most of her threats were hollow.
