Devastated & Confused

Greetings everyone, I divorced my uBPDw and just ruined a relationship possibly related to BPD. I'm so mentally wrecked right now it's hard to piece everything together. Sometimes I think I might be the one with BPD even though I've never been diagnosed. I've been diagnosed with PTSD, mTBI and Major Depression resolved.

I'm sorry to hear about your divorce. There are a lot of good listening ears here. When you are ready to share details of your relationship, there are people here to listen.

Can you identify a source for your PTSD and brain injury - military related or perhaps an accident? You say that you have resolved your major depression. Are you getting any therapy at the current time?

We look forward to hearing more from you, when you are ready to share further.

Yes, it was military related from a rocket attack in Iraq. I was seeing a T bust haven't been to a session in over 6 months. She yawned last time I saw her so... .

I was married at the time and didn't tell her, we were together for 4 years and 8 months. She recently unfriended me on Facebook and told me we both need to come to terms and move on, and she told me she hasn't moved on yet. Not sure why she felt the need to let me know she hasn't moved on. She always seems to leave a door cracked open.

No contact anymore, she iced me out. She hasn't initiated contact since June last year.
