Hi Pontman,

I'd like to join WildernessMan and welcome you to bpdfamily. I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling overwhelmed, a pwBPD can create a lot of anxiety with people that are close to them. Many of our members can offer you guidance and support you're not alone.
But do take care of yourself. Your mental and physical self.
You both have important points with self care. You have to find the time to spend doing things that you like. A pwBPD offer negative feedback about yourself - it's distortion, you need to balance that out by spending time with family and friends. What's your support network like in real life? What do you do for selfcare?
What does it mean to take care of yourself?
