I am pretty isolated

Hello, I'm new here. I found this board from reading "stop walking on eggshells" after my therapist passed me the book.  I believe my husband has BPD. I'm unfortunately pretty isolated at this point  and am trying to learn about this disorder and get my life together.

Sorry to hear you are feeling so isolated! I know how that is! What makes you think your husband has BPD after having read the book may I ask?
