Daniel Martinez, Special Finishes of Texas (972.552.0606), defrauded us out of thousands of dollars to finance a trip to South America. We have no real address to serve him court papers. He is defrauded the court system by saying he lives in South America.
He has done NO work.
Claimed we needed to purchase the counter tops before he started work so he could select tile, etc. Said he had a 'turn key' business but never provided options to view his 'turn key' items.
Claimed he was an interior decorator.
Claimed he has been in business 30+ years. Address on record somewhere near Houston, TX, he claims he no longer lives there.
He is guilty of NO LESS than criminal activity.
