Planning to get some of these recent titles over to the book club section, and they haven’t been vetted yet by bpdfamily, but finding them helpful for me and dropping in the bettering board.

“Talking to a Loved One with Borderline Personality Disorder” - Jerold J. Kreisman

I find this book helpful, introduced me to SET communication, and some ways to better dialogue with my spouse, been putting techniques into practice and feeling closer to my loved one.

“Whole Again” - Jackson MacKenzie

I am still in my relationship and trying to better it, part of the book is for After toxic relationship and abuse. After 21 years in toxic relationship finding themes helpful in mending my broken heart and learning to be able to love again. It focuses on protective self and inner self worth, covering cluster-b, perfectiiniats, codependents, CPTSD, . It’s not a run book, but using themes for awareness in bettering my relationship and healing.
