Group Therapy question

Dear all,

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate question for the boards but I have searched online and been unable to find an appropriate group.

I'm looking for a group therapy in my city for survivors of BPD/NPD abuse? Not a discussion group, I would like a group therapy that is lead by a professional. I'm hoping to find one that has men and women similar to me in age/life that decided to leave. I already checked the psychology today website; there are so many groups listed but the descriptions were vague, I couldn't tell if any of those were right for survivors of BPD/NPD abuse.

If it is okay to make a post asking for specific referrals, I will post the city I am in. If posts like this are frowned upon due to avoiding specifics/identity, then I apologize. I just have searched and haven't been able to find an appropriate group online, and the first professional therapy appointment I could get (she may be able to send me to a good group) is in February.
