Hi, im new here and to be honest im even sure where to start. So my now ex partner has BPD & cyclothmyic (?) Disorder. He ended our relationship just before xmas (2020). He wants me to understand the conditions hes got and i think talking to others who are actually living with these problems will help more than what im finding online. He says there no way back for us so i dont think this is a get back together post, more me trying to understand whats happened, what is happening, why he is like he is and understanding the conditions. Maybe it'll help me more to understand what i did wrong, what things i did to push him into ending the relationship. I guess i just need help understanding these illness's.
