Hi! I need aome help and direction please.! My husband of 21 years is an alcoholic, narcissist with Bpd. When he drinks it all gets worse and he drinks about 4 nights a week/ we have 2 teenage sons. I should have divorced him years ago. I don’t even know where to start. He does sometimes get violent. Thank you in advance

That is a very difficult situation to be in  and know what that’s like. My BPDh is a recovering addict and he has had many relapses. Is your husband aware that he is an alcoholic? Or Does he think it’s a problem at all? Is he willing to go to 12 step meetings or even read any 12 step literature? If not, there isn’t much to be done other than keeping yourself and your children safe, whatever that looks like for you.
