This weekend I did a little better. Not quit as much thinking, wishing and obsessing. I had contact with her twice last week. One time I know she was doing her best to get my attention the oterh one could have been an accident. I doubt it but I will mark it up as such. Anyway I got a new dog thsi weekend. I have been thinking about getting one since mine passed away 3 years ago. I was involved with BPDEX and knew i didnt have time for one so I put it off. Well i took the plunge and adopted one this weekend. I found it very comforting and it gives me a purpose in my life. something to think about other then me and my ex.

Plus started back to gym and fixing to start back painting. So maybe on my way to healing.

Excellent!  Talk about unconditional love - I got a new dog about 7 mos after mine moved out - was a great thing for me too.
