My gut tells me that N/BPDx will pay. He's on the ledge, testing the boundary to see how far he can go. He has the money, he's just flouting the court.
And yes, I do have a wonderful friend! She grew up poor, then inherited a windfall from an eccentric aunt who lived a frugal life while wheeling and dealing like a financial genius. She died and left it all to her niece. Couldn't have happened to a more deserving person!
But I shouldn't have to borrow from friends... .
