most here know my story so wont go into. This is my month to celebrate, this month will be a year since I saw my BPD face to face. I never thought in a million years I would be this far. When it all finally  fell apart I really thought it was the end of me, I would never find happiness again. I have been dating the same lady for some time now and its going very well, I almost forgot what it was like not to have to walk on eggshells all the time. Watch every word I said, how  look, paranoid about having a good time because I knew that a nightmare was going to follow. I no longer take medicine to sleep at night, I once again have money in the bank, people tell me I look relaxed and happy. I owe it all to strict NC. It works. But in my opinion you either do it all the way or dont bother. I tried it numerous times through my 3 years with exBPDgf but it never worked because I wasnt 100 percent committed. I wont lie and say it wasnt hard. Mine texted, called, sent emails alost daily for about 4 or 5 months, then it slowed down to about once a week and then finally the last time I heard from her was about a month ago. But I never responded to one text, call or email no matter what she said and she got very creative with her words. I jsut wanted to give some hope that does get better and you will survive and they will go away if you stick to NC.
