Hey guys,

I am 99.8% sure my wife has BPD, it is undiagnosed, and it is extreemely difficult. I will be posting some topics here and there, I have nowhere else to turn and I stumbled upon this site. Seems amazing, up to date, good people, so I am looking forward to discussing and sharing with everyone.

Thanks

Hi walbsy7,

Welcome aboard. You have come to the right place for support and advice.

Coping with BPD behaviors can be extremely difficult at times. Although, there are things that we can do to improve our situation. Communication tools are fantastic and not only have helped my relationship with my person with BPD (pwBPD) but communication with other people in my life. The lessons on the right side of the page are really helpful for improving your relationship.

We cannot fix or change our partners behavior, but we change our own. We can learn how to effectively communicate and react to our partner.

What things do you find really difficult?
