Improving relationships with spouse

Hi, I'm new to this site and I am a spouse of someone I believe may have BPD traits. I think for the most part, he is a great person with wonderful qualities but I would just like some input in how to handle certain triggers and emotional breakdowns. I also feel I am a co dependent that feeds into some of this and needs help with setting boundaries and limits regarding some of these behaviors. Any advice is welcome. Thanks
