Am recently separated from partner with BPD/NPD and feel totally lost, scared and depressed. I don't want to go back because I'm miserable but feel stuck.

Welcome.
Sorry that you are feeling so scared. Can you share a little more about what is going on in your relationship?

Hi Nady,
A pwBPD will make people around them feel anxious. I completely understand that feeling when you feel hopeless in your situation and that there’s no way out. We all need help in life and we’re here to help you by guiding you through the unknown. You’re not alone.

SO sorry you are feeling this.It is horrible. I remember it well. Please bear in mind that people who reject or rage at us know that it sets off a deeply rooted anxiety in us that drives us back to them for reassurance. It has worked many times in the past for them and although they don't necessarily realize they may be doing it subconsciously it is effective. So sit with your discomfort as best you can and soothe yourself until you can consciously decide what you you want. Then go from there. DOn't panic you will be ok.
