Its been a week since we last spoke. And even though we have done this a 100 times the panic and anxiety havent gotten any better.  Broken up with and been dumped plenty of times before.  Why is this one so painful?

Hi OnceBitten,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re struggling. Is there perhaps a finality with this break-up? Do you feel like this is the big one? It could be the reality of the situation causing you distress.

Hey Oncebitten
Its three weeks now for me... I felt at worst after 1.5 weeks (anxiety and shaking all over my body). From two weeks and on it became better and I started to see clearly why we broke up.

Try to hang out with friends and family, talk with them  about how awfull you feel and why this is the right decision.
My best friend had to reassure me I did well and there's nothing to blame myself for  so happy she helped me all the time.

Sure panic and anxiety are normal. The pain will never end until you choose to end it by breaking up for good.
Perhaps the saving board is more appropriate for you?
