Hi, just want you all to know how much this site has helped. Going through a tough time at the moment but knowing we are not alone helps a lot.

Hi Peace210 and welcome to bpdfamily

Great to hear this site has been helpful to you.

Sorry though that you are going through a tough time right now. Could you perhaps tell us a bit more about what you're dealing with?

Knowing that we are not alone and reading about other's experiences and coping strategies can be very helpful indeed, that has been my experience too.

Hi Peace10.  I join Kwamina in welcoming you to BPD Family.

I'm sure there is lots more behind your... ."going through a tough time at the moment... ."  Sometimes that is all we can say when things are happening.

So... .go-with-the-flow, Peace10.  We are here to listen when you want to share more.  This is where when someone says/writes... ."I know... ." ... .they REALLY do.

A hug   to you from me.
