was just looking for Stop Walking on Eggshells via the library and this was in the comments section:

"I DO NOT recommend this book for anyone who may think they have BPD or anyone wanting to help someone with BPD. As a person with BPD, I found this book as targeting. I think this book would be extremely helpful for someone who found out that a person they are trying to distance themselves from has BPD. As it says, it should only be read if your trying to "take back YOUR life". I would only suggest "I hate you.. Dont't leave me"..Or contact me as I have written three unpublished memoirs that show inside the mind of a person with BPD."

this made me laugh and laugh...

Hello and Welcome to the boards, Mom-of-Four! Welcome new member (click to insert in post)

I would agree with the reviewer that WOE is not a good read for someone with BPD. The book has been very helpful to many members here, however; I'm glad you were able to find it at your library

As another resource for book reviews, our Community Built Knowledge Base includes a list of books that have been reviewed and discussed by members here: Library: Book Club, previews and discussions.

Mom, does one of your four children suffer from BPD?

This is why we gently redirect pwBPD who sometimes find this board.

Why did it make you laugh?
