Anyone else live in fear that their BP spouse/partner/husband will find out the fact that we rely on this website?  I can tell you that by GF finding out about this would not go well.  She may actually leave me because of it.  That is why I also fear talking to my kids and family about her illness.  If it were ever to come out that I was talking about her and BPD, it would be a nuclear bomb in my life.

I'm in the same boat, strugglingBF. About a month ago I went out on a limb and shared with my husband that I've found a website that deals with family issues and I post there to get support and validation. I also shared that people here offer very balanced perspectives and encourage me to think about what I can control. It works for us because he isn't curious, he was glad to hear someone was telling me I had to work on something, and he doesn't look through my phone.

We recommend that you log out each time you use the site and clear the history.  Doing this has helped me. To some degree, I understand I'm taking a calculated risk in using this site.

Yes, I worry.  Not that she will come across it on my phone or home PC, but that her or one of her "friends" will read it and some of the details I have given, it's pretty clear who I am (to people who know "us").  But yes I worry, but I also don't know how I would have gotten through the past 6 months with out the tools, support and people here!
