I'm new to this

Hey all

My girlfriend is BPD (and a few other mental health issues) and I'm not overly familiar with this disorder. I have no plans of leaving her but I want to be able to better help her when she is spiralling.

Welcome... there are lots of great resources here for you to read and check out.

Have you read to the book "Stop Walking on Eggshells"? You can find a free audio version on YouTube. Lots of great stuff there.

Maybe you might say a little bit more about some of the dynamics you are hoping to change.
