I read what you wrote.
Other than make sure that each you have your own individual therapists, and a couple's one too would be my suggestion on this, as you guys definitely need to set and enforce boundaries, I don't have any suggestions other than try not to trigger her.

We have all asked that question at one point or another. You are not alone. An individual therapist helps a lot to process the grief, anger, confusion and everything else. Educating yourself (there is tons of good information on this site) can help you figure out next steps.
