I've often gone back to the Lessons on the leaving board, there's always something there to personally dig a little deeper into. How to understand, grieve, detach, and grow. That's why I'm really here. The '10 beliefs that keep us stuck', which you mention a lot SB, is really key. Whenever I feel I'm struggling, if I go through that list again, it can help to pin things down a bit so I can better focus on what's really going on. It turns it back to: Me. Helps cut through the FOG, and acknowledges both the good and bad of being with my ex in ways that help me move forward instead of staying 'stuck'.
