Was This An Apology?

I posted this question on another thread a few weeks ago but i didn't have any replies, so with your permission i will ask the same question here as a thread subject.
I had been 100% NC with my exBPDgf for 13 months. I had kept her number in my cell phone so that i could prove to myself that i could resist the temptation of making contact with her.
However one day last year after 13 months NC i had my cell phone unlocked in my pocket, and not realising it was sending gobbiedygook messages to some of my contacts in the phone, one of which went to my exBPDgf.
About 2 hours later i got a text message from her. The message read "So sorry. Who is this" The question i have wondered since is "Was that an apology from her, or was she just saying sorry because she didn't know who the text was from?"
You thoughts and comments would be appreciated on this question.

It sounds to me like a 'so sorry I don't know who this messge is from' type message. That probably gave you a surprise when you saw your phone was doing that.

Two possible outcomes:
1) She recognized your number
2) She did not recognize your number
In both cases you are overreacting, over-thinking.
It does not matter what the content of her reply was.
Furthermore, it does not matter what she meant by this response (as we all know with them there are phrases and there are completely different twisted meanings).
