Sending all out there who are in recovery some hugs.  I just watched this video:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PEJToZ-its

and I just recall how majorly depressed with anxiety and PTSD, I was for many years not knowing what was going on.  Then when I researched about BPD since the middle of last year, an ah ha finally came to me what was going on.  With all the energy and courage I could muster up,  I finally got my final divorce decree this Wednesday and I am freeing myself from all the pain and torture I went through and I am slowly but surely UNSTICKING myself from this r/s!

And slowly every day, in it's ups and downs, it is a miracle I escaped.

I started watching the first few minutes and then freaked out, thinking that it's going to give tips to cope and survive if our loved ones have it... .

I'm not at that stage yet, because I don't WANT to believe there is anything more I could have done... .  it hurts to think maybe I just didn't do enough- so I quite like believing that I should be happy she walked away, and grateful I don't have to deal with it... .

If this video wasn't about that then I apologise  Smiling (click to insert in post)   I guess I'm not far enough into recovery from all this to watch it... .

But the main reason I am commenting on your post is because I feel I am definitely having some anxiety and PTSD symptoms, and the fact you posted to say things are on the up are hugely heartening to me!  Well done for doing what is right for you - and yes, it's a good miracle that you no longer have to deal with it all Smiling (click to insert in post)

Life can now re-start Smiling (click to insert in post) Good luck to you xxx
