I know

Let me start by saying this has helped me to start to detach - it is what I know.
1. I know what my boundaries are for marriage and relationships - and if the person croses those I know I am strong enough to stand by my boundaries.
2. I know how to love and receive real love
3. I know that I am worthy of love
4. I know that I can survive living by myself if I need to
5. I know that I don't need another person to fill my void because I know how to love myself.
6. I know that forgiveness also sets me free from pain.
7. I know not to beleive what others say about me (BPD) because I know who I truly am
8. I know that I can live a fulfilling life (by myself or with others if I chose)
9. I know that I am not a shell who needs others to fill me
10. I know what it is to be faithful
11. I know that lying will never get you anywhere
12. I know that I don't wear a mask to fit others needs - I am who I am
13. I know that I grew up with great parents and I know how to be a great parent
14. I know that in my next relationship I will be with a person who also fills my bucket instead of just needing me to constantly fill theirs
15. I know that God has a plan - while the pain may hurt now - the joy to come should be amazing.
16. I know I deserve better
This is just a small list of what I know - feel free to add
