do they trick themself and others

do you think ppl with BPD trick ppl into taking them into doing some of the things they do? cheating lying leaving

i think maybe its a mind game they play on themself

tell ppl how bad you have it ppl will tell you to do what you wanted to do anyway tell yourself my doc and friends are right and im only doing what the ppl who care for me say i should do

this came to me as i play back in my head alot of the things ex told me over the year and things she told me after returning home and blaming thing she did on what friends told her to do

My ex tricked himself into believing what he THOUGHT people wanted him to do. But the trickery could be viewed as denial. He had or has a desire to do or say what he THINKS other would accept. A weak sense of self all his life is what he deals with. Although he wants to do or be XYZ, he will be ABC if that's what he thinks others would want for him. It's very difficult to deal with because I always felt he was letting others live his life FOR him.

I believe they trick people into thinking they're unflawed but underneath they are like a child wanting to run free in the candy aisle. They don't want people to know their True self and they hide behind a mask. It's sad but True.
