im at 3rd day of 3rd round of n/c with ex. 1st time last 30 day 2nd time 10 days this time ive took all the steps i did when she 1st left 3 months ago. ive changed my cell number blocked her on f/b blocked her on home phone.
the trouble i see that may be coming is her brother works for me, im life long friends with her step dad and other ppl in her family.
i dont know if i can ever break the cycle for good as im sure to be around her at times.

A tricky situation!
Could be that given this situation, strict NC is perhaps not so easy.
Can you imagine that you are speaking about the break-up to eg her brother? That you tell him before a strange situation is coming?
How sure are you for yourself about the break-up?

Okay, sounds that you are more undecided than leaving?
