man this is my dream! A normal home without any insane behaviour... .

My wife launched the first attack, i'm only allowed to see the kids once a week... .Everytime I see them they ask "Are you coming today daddy?" My kinds are 5, 3, and 2.

I can't sleep at night thinking how abusive she is to the kids. I remember when we were living together before the court order, that I would stop her outrageous behaviour maybe 10 times a day against the kids. Now she is free to abuse them 24/7 and I have to work up the ladder over many months to prove I'm not a danger... .

All I want is to take my kids and run for our lives! But If I did that, they would arrest me, put me in jail for kidnapping my own children, and then probably put my children up for adoption... .

Still your post is a dream for me I hope to one day live!

It is hard to do things like this because you are a dad, and no matter what anyone says, I know things are harder for dads in many cases.  Sometimes the advice given here pertatins better to one gender or the other.  I don't think it's so terrible that you're waiting a little longer to do something so drastic.   Just have all your ducks in a row.
