Oh no, my inner “pillar of strength” is crumbling

We have a small daughter.
My exBPDw and I have been separated for over eight month now. I always knew that there would soon be another guy in her life. It seems that the same guy from before is back in sniffing around.
I am having a strange mix of feelings, protective about our daughter, and yes, possibly jealousy that my ex will be with another man (although she has probably been there before whilst we were together anyway)
My resolve is being tested; I know this as I struggle to get good nights sleep. She is still desperate to get back with me.
Not really sure where I am going with this……… just an emotional dump, I hurt

ZigofZag --
I'm sorry you're hurting.
The process of detaching is very painful... .but when you get to the other side... .life is SOO much better!
Hang in there and just keep putting one foot in front of the other. It DOES get better a little at a time!

Thank you Turtle... .deep breath, get on with it and wear myself out so that my body craves sleep tonight.
As ever, this board is a great help.
It is good to hear from those who have broken through
