he lives with his mum at home no partner single but portrays all these women and what he done is very sad

you said you haven't seen him for years, then it should be easy to keep him out of your life, that seems like that is what you want to do?
you can easily just *hide* his postings on your facebook, or sit down with him and talk things over... .are you more upset that he lives with his mom, or that he treats women bad, or doesn't see his child?

Sitting him down and trying to" talk sense" into him will have no effect. He has a life time entrenched in his own personality, you wont able to change that. If he is to change, and he has never known any different, then he will need his own personal crisis to make him try.
You just have to accept him the way he is, and keep him at acquaintance arms length if it bothers you that much. Often this behavior perpetuates itself. They make up BS, people get jack of it and abandon them. Rather than realize the issue they just up the BS to sound even more impressive. The problem just gets bigger.
They dont have the ability to accept their own issues (delusional) so they can't learn to address the real issue. It is frustrating to know people like this as you constantly think "if only they could just stop the BS, they could be great", but they can't. It is a personality disorder whether it be BPD or any other. Self sabotaging dysfunctionality, that is ultimately the consequence of PDs
