Broke NC via txt.

Hi all,
Last night, after having watched the hockey game at my local watering hole, and having had a few too many drinks, I txted my xBPDgf on my way home. I wanted to see how her meeting went with her new therapist. She said it was good, but that it wasnt a BPD professional, and that she is on a waiting list to start seeing a professional at a hospital. Then I blew it... . I said I missed our sexual relations and asked her if that was wrong... (Me asking her... im soo stupid) she replied, no and that she missed me too. I said come over then.(I feel like the biggest dumbass... ) she replied she couldnt because had early start in the morning and was in bed. time: 12:00am. I said it was ok, and said I had a moment of weakness and that it would pass. She replied she hoped it wouldnt. conversation over, and I went to bed.
Im having soo much trouble controlling myself... . I know I should control the drinking, but... that's another issue.
Anyone having similar problem?

A large number of us have done it, its nothing to beat yourself up over.
Read some of the posts about leaving a BPD after you have been married for many years, or have kids together.
You will realize in time that you were lucky to get out when you did. You deserve better and you'll find better.
