Yep we were friends ( with benefits) even though i had quite good boundaries than ,i made it clear, I now see red flags that i didn't see then. But like i told the cops once after he ask why i was so concerned of her and kept going back to her pleads, fake and manipulative, i answered" a friend don't let a friend down" little did i know i was in a though ride. Sometime, most of the time i wonder if i, by the way i put her down, even though she was hooked tome, maybe it is me the reason she became like this. Because she didn't always black me out but over valued me and just constantly staring at me, wanted to do best for me but then my feelings weren't there. Now if only i knew , i feel terrible for her and for what it couldn't be.

Have you maintained contact with her or has she just been texting you these 5 years?

Slap yourself man, you are doing NC good!
This woman was never going to satisfy your needs. She had issues, you could'nt be her medicine, you're just a man, you can't cure her. There are other girls out there who will treat you right. Have you figured out why you were so attracted to that night-mare? BPD women are not fit for any LTR ever. Stay strong dude!

LTR means long-term relationship. I will say it again. They are not fit for an LTR. They are too damaged. Once you take your garbage to the curb, leave it there. Do you feel you owe her? What gives? This is about YOU. What are you going to do?
